Anne Graham Lotz, daughter of evangelist Billy Graham, has accepted the invitation of a contingent of Upstate Christian women leaders and pastors to bring “Just Give Me Jesus” to Greenville.
The two-day revival for women is scheduled for March 19-20, 2010, at Greenville’s Bi-Lo Center, and is open to the public.
To begin the preparatory work for the 2010 event, the local organizing committee is holding a prayer rally on Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Duncan. The rally is free and open to anyone who desires revival and prayer in the community.
“The focus of Just Give Me Jesus is to bring women into a fresh encounter with Jesus Christ so that their hearts will be revived,” said Lotz. The local organizing work will be carried out in the coming year by a multi-denominational volunteer committee. The local committee is comprised of dozens of women from throughout Upstate churches.
