Should Christians get involved in politics? It was politics that removed the Bible and prayer from our public schools. It was politics that opened the door for us to murder thousands of unborn babies every week. It was politics that made it easy for divorce, destroying the family. And it was politics that made possible the teaching of the religion of humanism and evolution in our public schools and universities.
It is estimated that approximately 80 percent of our young people leave the church after finishing high school or college. If our young people can’t be taught creation in our public schools, then we had better start teaching it in our churches. We are failing our youth.
In my lifetime, I can remember when the churches were full of young people. We assembled in the auditorium every morning, in high school, for the reading of the Bible and prayer. We had to memorize a Bible verse each week in grade school. We had better start teaching Genesis as a fact, or else the rest of the Bible has no meaning, or reason, for salvation.
