Crosspoint Church begins services at new location in Clemson

Crosspoint Church, Clemson, completed renovation of the former Lakeview Plaza commercial property along Tiger Boulevard and opened the doors for worship services on Sept. 27.

The new location covers 19,000 square feet and includes a 600-seat worship center, children’s educational rooms, a commercial kitchen space and a bookstore area.

The church purchased the entire Lakeview Plaza property in early May, including the Clemson Sports Medicine, Dollar General, and the Lakeview Mall areas, and has been busy renovating the old Gold’s Gym space for use as a worship center and education space.

Crosspoint previously was meeting in the old Clemson United Methodist Church building on Old Greenville Highway. The church was founded in August 2005 under the leadership of senior pastor Ken Lewis and has been growing since.
