The 208th annual session of the Saluda Baptist Association was held Oct. 21 at Neal’s Creek Baptist Church in Anderson. The assembly voted to elect 2010-2011 officers: Wesley Taylor (right) of Barker’s Creek Baptist Church as moderator, and Alex Henderson (center) of Neal’s Creek Baptist Church as vice moderator. Bill Rigsby (left), pastor of North Anderson Baptist Church and outgoing moderator, presided. Broadus Moody, director of missions for Piedmont Association, served as parliamentarian. The program included music by Joyful Sound of North Greenville University and by singers and choirs from area churches.
