The South Carolina Baptist Convention will close its 2010 financial records at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30.
The convention building will be closed Monday, Dec. 20, through Friday, Dec. 24, in observance of Christmas; however, the accounting staff will be working Monday, Dec. 21, through Thursday, Dec. 23, posting receipts from the churches.
The convention building will reopen Monday, Dec. 27, and close again Friday, Dec. 31, in observance of New Year’s Day. For gifts to be posted in 2010, churches will need to mail or deliver checks so that they reach the convention building no later than Thursday, Dec. 30, at 4:30 p.m.
All gifts received after 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 30 will be posted as 2011 gifts.
