The South Carolina Baptist Convention will close its 2011 financial records at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30.
The convention building will be closed Friday, Dec. 23, through Friday, Dec. 30, in observance of Christmas; however, the accounting staff will be working Wednesday, Dec. 28, through Friday, Dec. 30, posting receipts from the churches. The convention building will reopen on Monday, Jan. 2.
For gifts to be posted in 2011, churches will need to mail or deliver checks so they reach the convention building no later than Friday, Dec. 30, at 4:30 p.m. All gifts received after 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 30 will be posted as 2012 gifts.
