Jackie Bailey was ordained to the ministry on May 19 at Charlesboro Baptist Church, Kershaw. The officiators were Jeff Fox and Larry Twitty. Bailey will continue serving as pastor at Charlesboro Church.
Joseph Bennett was ordained to the ministry April 17 at Temple Baptist Church, Simpsonville, where he serves as student pastor. Bennett and his wife Rebecca are expecting their first child in July.
Benjamin Hill has been called as senior pastor at Standing Springs Baptist Church in Simpsonville. He began work May 19. He previously served at Lockhart First Baptist Church. Hill and his wife Debra have two children and one grandson.
