West End Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, is seeking to fill this role for our growing church family. At WEBC, our mission is to “Glorify God by Making Mature Disciples of All Nations” and it starts in our church. We desire a person who has a mature walk with Jesus Christ and a clear testimony of his faith, a love for people, and a desire to cultivate a Christ-centered, family-friendly church culture that makes mature disciples. Responsibilities would include developing and overseeing discipleship ministries for all ages, recruiting and training ministry volunteers, equipping and encouraging the church, and working alongside the senior pastor with other duties as needed.
