First Baptist Church in Surfside Beach, SC, is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead and cultivate a vibrant culture of worship in our Sunday gatherings and throughout the life of the church. We offer two blended worship services each Sunday morning, led by a praise team with choir support. You will provide leadership and oversight for all worship-related ministries, including the praise team, choir, and media team, helping create a unified and Christ-centered worship experience. This role also includes pastoral responsibilities such as discipleship, outreach, and other ministry duties as needed. Qualifications: A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ, strong leadership and team-building abilities, experience in worship ministry, and a master’s degree is preferred.
