Utica Baptist Church completes construction and renovation project

Utica Baptist Church in Seneca recently completed a $3 million construction and facilities-improvement project, including a new welcome center, additional classrooms, an elevator, new chairs and carpet, an upgraded sound system, a sprinkler system, ADA-upgraded restrooms, and parking lot resurfacing. Longtime pastor Jack Hames receives Order of the Palmetto
