Fellowship of Christian Athletes names Daniel Henderson as Pee Dee area rep

Daniel Henderson, who most recently served as associate pastor for family life and students at Kelleytown Baptist Church in Hartsville, is the new Pee Dee area representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He had been on staff at Kelleytown since 2004. Other churches he has served include Slater Baptist, Cedar Shoals Baptist and Eureka Baptist.

Southside, Florence, calls Lucas Cunningham as senior pastor

Lucas Cunningham has been called as senior pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Florence. He is a 2004 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo., and earned a master of arts in theological studies from Liberty University in 2014. He and his wife, Amy, have three children: Gracie, 12, Nate, 9, and Grant, 3.

Charleston pastor Jack Moore announces retirement

Blankenship earns D.Min. at Beeson Divinity School

Philip Blankenship received a doctor of ministry degree from Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, Ala., in December. He is pastor of Mount Tabor Baptist Church in Anderson and is a graduate of North Greenville University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Mikki, live with their three children in Pendleton.
