Northside Memorial calls Neal Sweet as senior pastor

Northside Memorial Baptist Church, Sumter, has called Neal Sweet as senior pastor. He previously served as senior pastor at Home Branch Baptist Church near Manning. Sweet and his wife, Jessica, have three children: Tripp, Logan, and Anna Grace. He began duties on July 24.

Samaria Baptist Church calls John Yorio as pastor

John Yorio has been called as pastor of Samaria Baptist Church in Batesburg. He has served churches in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina over the past 16 years. He is a graduate of Liberty University and is completing coursework at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Yorio and his wife, Ruth, have four children.
