The book contains a one-year strategy for relational disciple-making that can be used by members of the local church.

The author outlines three 12-week studies that move a person through a systematic plan of spiritual formation. The book is intended for new Christians, younger believers, membership classes, small groups, or faithful church members who want to be more intentional in their disciple-making role.
