Resolutions to be considered during this year’s annual meeting of the South Carolina Baptist Convention Nov. 15-16 at Riverland Hills Baptist Church in Columbia are due Oct. 15.

Nominations must include a detailed account of the nominee’s qualifications and a statement indicating why that person should be chosen for the award.

For the Impact Your World Award, which is presented to a church, nominations should include a letter of recommendation with a list of accomplishments, activities and events in which the members of the church have been involved during the past year.

To nominate someone for the Public Service Award, the name of the nominee, position, address, phone number and achievements in the public arena should be cited.
