Joe Youngblood (right),  interim director of missions for Union County Baptist Association, recently presented Carrol Caldwell, pastor of Padgett’s Creek Baptist Church, with a certificate of appreciation for 58 years of ministry, including 14 years of service to Padgett’s Creek Church and Union County Association.
