Clarence Edward Crocker, 90, of Spartanburg, died May 29, 2015.

A native of Spartanburg, he was pastor emeritus of Fairview Baptist Church in Union, where he served as pastor for 25 years.

Before entering the ministry, he was postmaster at Glendale and worked in industrial management. He was a former member of the Spartanburg County Board of Education. He helped organize and was a commissioner of the Glendale Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Lee Crocker, two children, 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Juanita Seals Crocker, and a daughter.
